Terms and Conditions of Use for Vetifi App

By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using the Vetifi app (“Vetifi”), you (“User”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use. The Creators and Developers (“We” or “Us”) reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your access to Vetifi. Continued use of Vetifi signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as may be amended periodically.

1. Acceptance of Terms

To use Vetifi, you must agree to the terms outlined here. You may not use Vetifi if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract or are legally prohibited from using Vetifi under the laws of India or your country of residence.

2. Disclaimer and Warranties

Vetifi and the information provided within are available on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis, with no warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all representations and warranties, including any inaccuracies, omissions, or implied warranties of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Vetifi will be accessible, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that it will remain unaffected by events beyond our control, such as acts of nature or technological failures.

Medical Advice Disclaimer: The information provided on Vetifi is derived from veterinary research and literature; however, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or comprehensiveness. Vetifi does not offer medical advice, nor does it create a veterinarian-patient relationship between User and Us. Users should not make health or medical-related decisions based on Vetifi. We disclaim liability for any decisions made based on the information contained on Vetifi.

3. Use of Vetifi

Vetifi is intended for authorized veterinary professionals for specific permitted purposes, including but not limited to viewing drug information, calculating dosages, creating custom notes, and using various veterinary calculators.

Prescription Generator: Vetifi includes a Prescription Generator feature designed to assist licensed veterinarians in drafting prescriptions efficiently. This feature is strictly for use by qualified professionals and should not be accessed or used by students or individuals without appropriate licensure. Use of this tool by unqualified persons is strictly prohibited.

Disease Treatment Protocols: Vetifi also provides a Disease section that outlines treatment protocols for various conditions. This section is intended solely for licensed veterinarians who have the expertise to interpret and apply the information in a clinical setting. Students may use the Disease section only under the direct supervision of a licensed veterinarian. However, Vetifi is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or misunderstandings that may arise from student use, even if supervised. Treatment decisions and applications of the information remain the responsibility of the licensed veterinary professional.

Users must not:

• Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations.

• Provide unauthorized access to non-users, including students.

• Make available content that infringes any patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of Vetifi and its creators.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights to Vetifi content. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the material on Vetifi solely for personal use. No content on Vetifi may be reproduced, copied, or otherwise used without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of trademarks or any other Vetifi content is prohibited, and we reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized use.

5. User Content

All content entered by Users remains the property of the User. By using Vetifi, Users grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, and create derivative works of their content for purposes related to Vetifi. Users may terminate this license by deleting their VetiFi account.

6. Termination of Use

If Vetifi is used in violation of these Terms, We may suspend or terminate your access. If suspended, Vetifi access will be restored only upon receiving assurance of no further breach. Users may terminate their use of Vetifi by discontinuing access at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We disclaim liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Vetifi. Use of Vetifi is at the User’s own risk, and We bear no responsibility for loss or damage of data.

8. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from (a) use of Vetifi, (b) another party’s use of Vetifi using the User’s credentials, or (c) breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the contents of Vetifi at any time. Updated terms will be posted on Vetifi and will take effect from the date of posting. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use and any matters related to Vetifi will be governed by the laws of India. By using Vetifi, both you and We agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, including any legal notices on Vetifi, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of Vetifi and supersede all prior understandings.
